1. About the Service
Astrivo is a self-reflection tool offering guided symbolic sessions, journaling, and premium digital content. The Service is for entertainment and personal reference only. It is not medical, legal, financial, investment, or psychological advice, and does not guarantee specific outcomes.
2. Accounts
Some features require sign-in (e.g. LINE). You are responsible for accurate information and for activity under your account.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use the Service only with a parent or guardian's consent.
3. Credits and Payment
New members may receive welcome credits as announced on the site. Standard guided sessions typically use 1 credit; premium modules may use more as shown in the app.
Paid credit packs apply when billing is live. Prices, refunds, and disputes follow then-current notices, our Refund Policy, and payment provider rules. Used credits for completed sessions are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, defamation, infringement, malware, or abusive automated requests.
You are responsible for content you submit and must not violate others' privacy or intellectual property.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service UI, copy, software, branding, and digital assets are owned by Astrivo or licensors unless noted. Do not copy or commercialize without permission.
You may use interpretation text for personal purposes. We may analyze anonymized usage to improve the Service.
6. Disclaimer
Digital content and session reports are for personal reference only; we do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for your situation. You assume risk from relying on them.
We are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for losses from network issues, third-party outages, force majeure, or your breach of these Terms.
7. Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Disputes shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Consumer disputes may also be raised with the Executive Yuan Department of Consumer Protection (1950 consumer hotline) or your local consumer service center for complaint or mediation.
9. Updates
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
