1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to Astrivo (astrivo.app), a self-reflection tool that sells digital session credits and delivers guided symbolic reflection content. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. What we sell
Astrivo sells digital session credits. Credits are virtual goods delivered to your account after payment. Each credit unlocks premium guided reflection content on astrivo.app. This is entertainment and personal reference only — not medical, legal, financial, investment, or psychological advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome.
3. Permitted use
Use the Service for lawful personal reflection, journaling, and self-development.
Provide accurate account information and respect the privacy of others.
Understand that digital content is subjective and for personal reference only.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that exploits or harms others.
Do not submit sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful prompts or content.
Do not attempt to obtain guaranteed predictions, financial advice, medical diagnoses, or legal outcomes through the Service.
Do not misrepresent the Service as fortune-telling, psychic services, or guaranteed-result prediction.
Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, abuse APIs, or resell access without authorization.
Do not use the Service if you are under the age of majority without a parent or guardian's consent.
5. User content
You are responsible for questions and inputs you submit. We may use third-party cloud services to generate digital content from your inputs. We do not use your content for unrelated advertising.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP.
