1. Scope
This policy applies to digital content credits, single-session purchases, and other virtual goods bought on Astrivo (astrivo.app). Astrivo provides AI-generated astrology, tarot, and self-reflection content for entertainment and personal reference only. We do not provide financial, medical, or legal advice.
2. Nature of Digital Content
You purchase credits or one-time access to AI content experiences, not physical goods. Content is generated and delivered when you complete a draw, chart, or interpretation request.
3. General Refund Rules
Completed and delivered AI content (including used credits) is generally non-refundable.
Unused, non-expired credits: if a system error caused duplicate charges or failure to deliver paid content, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review and follow payment-provider rules.
Refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with AI output are reviewed case by case; used credits or completed sessions usually cannot be refunded.
4. Exceptions
Duplicate charges or payment captured without credits added to your account;
Technical failure preventing any delivery after payment, where we cannot remedy within a reasonable time;
Refunds required by law or by the payment provider (e.g. PayPal, card acquirer).
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@astrivo.app or use our Contact page. Include your account, order ID or payment date, and a short description.
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or PayPal.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with our decision, contact us first. You may also file a dispute with your payment provider per their terms.
